Wolo is an African centered e-learning project with plans to partner other organizations to develop and deliver content, relevant to the educational needs of specific countries across the continent.
About our courses
Wolo delivers complementary, learner-centered teaching and self-tests with opportunities for direct interaction with instructors. We cater to two main classes of learners;
High School Students in the formal educational sector learning to acquire certificate and
Individuals seeking to upgrade their professional competence or acquiring new skills
HOW WOLO WORKS
Wolo develops content, based on the syllabus for High Schools and delivers them with self tests, across multiple media channels. Learners can access these lessons by registering and paying for them using mobile money, credit/debit cards or coupons. These programs are taught by a team of tutors with proven excellent track record
Content for skills training is presented by experts from diverse fields of studies. These can be accessed as free learning materials or paid for. Wolo also facilitates mentorship, apprenticeship and industrial placement programs.
The platform also offers in-service training for staff of corporate organisations or professional bodies. These training programs are developed in partnership with these institutions, using their own training consultants, and delivered live, through webinars or as video on demand (VOD) files. Staff sign up and take these courses and assessment.
